Beer Bottle
Brewer's Description:
"Our flagship ale is a classic Northwest style ale crafted with a highly precise, traditional brewing process: the ale is naturally conditioned, meaning it is not force carbonated, but instead ages slowly and naturally in the cask, keg and bottle, with a double fermentation that allows the CO2 produced to be absorbed naturally into the beer. The resulting beer is creamy, rich and full-flavored, allowing the malt and hops to mingle in your mouth for a great experience." Original gravity - 13.5

Choosing a favorite among IPA's is becoming next to impossible. This one is outstanding. Nice hops and the grapefruit is outstanding. I can't wait to finish this one so I can have another one.

One of the best IPAs I've tried. It has a nice hop bite ,without being extreme, combined with citrus and a touch of bitterness in the finish. This beer reminds me of a lighter version of a Clipper City Loose Cannon.

This is a tasty, lighter IPA. Still with nice hops taste you'd hope for, but not overpowering and easy to drink more than a couple.

I am a huge IPA fan, and this is one of my favorites...but you gotta love the hops to love this one. All IPAs are hop-a-riffic (of course!), but this one is extra-strong. The taste of citrus is a nice touch, but I can't drink more than 2 or 3 of these. Maybe I'm just getting old ;-)

Bottle conditioned and cloudy which is unusual for an IPA. Starts out with a nice orange citrus aroma. Thick head that sticks around until the end. The taste is a combination of starchy sweetness from the malt and hoppy bitterness.

This IPA is hands down, the best in the northwest. It is a perfect union of hops and malt, with the nice hoppy bite skimming right over the surface.

Whenever I want to introduce someone to NW beers, this is the one I use. My personal favorite to keep in the fridge. I would agree with J, I could drink this all night without getting tired of it.

This is one of my favorite Oregon IPAs. Very hoppy with some grapefruit finish, but it is the quality of the caramel malt flavor that really makes this one different to me.. Very drinkable and I can put these away all night long...
