Brewer's Description: "Our flagship ale is a classic Northwest style ale crafted with a highly precise, traditional brewing process: the ale is naturally conditioned, meaning it is not force carbonated, but instead ages slowly and naturally in the cask, keg and bottle, with a double fermentation that allows the CO2 produced to be absorbed naturally into the beer.
