Like the Great Blue Heron, our ale is fiercely local, drawing on indigenous ingredients from the hop fields of the Willamette Valley and the barley fields of the high Northwest desert. I couldn't believe that beer could taste this good! While the IPA is their flagship beer, this is a very crisp, clean, and flavorful beer. Nice hop flavor throughout without much bitterness. Replace someones Budweiser with one of these and watch the reaction...either they will get into micros at that point, or they will continue to drink crap no matter what.
