A little thin and weak. I don't want to say watery, but maybe it is. Certainly nothing to get excited about. The reward is not worth the cost.

Pours dark brown and has lightly sweet cocoa, toffee, and bread flavors. Pretty drinkable.

Drinkable, malty and somewhat sweet.Pretty typical of a dark lager like Becks or Heiny dark IMO.Boring basically but doesnt claim to be a complex beer anyway.

A little thin, slightly metallic smell and taste. Not terrible but not great. This is the only dunkel I have tried so far and have no frame of reference.

It's ok. They should change their slogan to "Life's too short to drink bad beer" cause expensive doesn't always mean better.
