"With a huge, Pacific Northwest hop aroma & character upfront, Storm King subsides into massive, roast malt complexity. More flavor than mere words can adequately describe. Rich and substantial, it will warm your heart."

Too much bitter hops for my tastes in an imperial stout.Makes me think of what an imperial Guinness might taste like.
3/10/09 Revisited:This is an Imperial Stout for hop lovers.I had this after drinking some DIPA's and it was a perfect segue.I have upped the rating with this in mind.

Had this at a beer tasting held at the local bottle shop. Gotta agree with jsprague. Very good and neither beefy nor weak. A couple big bottles of this should take care of you for a while.

Wow.. This is an f'ing good beer. It has the perfect level of flavor and consistency. Not overpowering or thin. Nice roasted espresso-like malt flavor followed by a little hops and then a sweet chocalatey finish. Well balanced and alcohol is almost completely hidden - this beer could kill you because it is so drinkable and good.
