The SA ale is a bit heavier feeling than their lager, as it should be.The taste is just as good.Nothing extreme here, just a good amber ale.

One of the better Ales I think. Just a good beer I'd say.

Although I prefer the taste of their seasonal brews over this, the Boston Larger is not a bad beer at all. It has a very distinct & full taste to it. If you haven't had it before, it's worth giving it a try.

I've never been much of a Sam Adams guy and I haven't had any in a while but I figured I'd give them another shot and I was definitely surprised because this is a pretty good beer. There's a nice malty flavor that comes out and gets stronger and stronger as the beer warms. Thie beer puts Sam Adams back on my grocery list.
