Well, then I let it settle and sit for about 5 minutes, and I am glad I did. This is a decent bock, with a strong chocolate taste and a mild hop flavor, but the hop flavor was off for some reason. It made the beer a bit skunky on the backend, but the frontend was mildly sweet. A little bit of coffee flavor. Overall, I have enjoyed better bocks. ______________________ I had to edit this...as I drank the beer, it got worse and worse. The last two swigs were VERY skunky and sour, and I am adjusting my rating accordingly.
