For being as expensive as it was ($12) I was expecting quite a lot. Don't get me wrong, it's a really good beer, but you can get better for cheaper (see Affligem or Bosteels). Unlike Jason, I thought the alcohol was the dominant taste. Fairly sweet with a bit of coriander coming through. Almost no head and a fantastic amber color. If this was a few bucks cheaper it would get a 5.

This is my first beer from Alesmith - I have been waiting anxiously after learning of the respect for their brews. It has low carbonation and has a very yeasty start with coriander and candy sugar. Finish is dry with some malt taste. Alcohol is pretty well hidden considering.. Pretty decent and will get you looooaaaaded...
