Brewer's Description:
"Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws it's robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year."

Enjoyed this brew at the Raleigh Hills Pub. Terminator has a sweet chocolate and mild roasted coffee flavors. Not overly bitter with a slightly dry finish. Smooth, thick and very drinkable.

One of the McMenamin beers that really holds its own. Very strong stout, but without the heavy bitter aftertaste that many stouts have. For avid stout drinkers, it may be a bit of a disappointment, but a good intro to stouts for the neophite. One of the few stouts that really goes well with food.

This is now my new favorite McMenamins beer, since I found out that Ruby is only 3.3% alcohol. This is certainly comparable to Guinness, but is a bit heavy if you're also having dinner at McMenamins.
