Beer Bottle
Brewer's Description:
"Labatt Blue is the best selling Canadian beer in the world. Introduced in 1951 as Labatt Pilsener, it was named for the colour of its label by fans of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers football team. Blue was the first brand in Canada with a twist-off cap and won the silver medal in the International Lager category at the 1998 Brewing Industry International Awards. Labatt Blue is a well-balanced, fully matured, full flavoured beer with a fruity character and a slightly sweet after taste. Labatt Blue uses specially selected German aromatic hops and has no preservatives."

For the price, this is my favorite lager. I don't really know why I like it, but I prefer it to most other lagers I've tried, and I have tried a lot. It must be mostly the price here in Michigan that is making me biased to this lager.

Somewhat good. Kind of a watered down tasting beer. a little bite but still no to much flavor or body to it. I would still drink it.

This is not quite good enough to even call it a Canadian Budweiser. There are much better cheap, Canuck macrobrews.

I have a soft spot for Labatt Blue.. When I was 18 we made a trip to Vancouver because we could legally drink there. All of the bars had either American or Canadian macro lagers, but the Canadian ones were much less expensive because Bud, Coors, etc. were imports. So we drank a lot of Labatt Blue and had an excellent time with the Canucks.. This beer is by no means spectacular, but very drinkable for a crappy beer. It has a nice soft sweet taste with some corn flavor. My favorite of the Canadian macros...

Ugh... nothing special here. Kind of crapy in my opinion. Even if it's the only beer around, I'll only have maybe one at the most. Aftet that the flavor gets to be evn more shitty.

Always good in a pinch. Cheapest tap at my favorite saloon. I'd choose this over most American lagers

Light yellow beer with low carbonation for a lager. Poor bitterness with corn taste. The beer has a sweet taste and a dry finish. There are no aftertaste. I felt like drinking expensive water.
