Beer Bottle
Brewer's Description:
"Thanks to its frequent awards, 16% is the pride of our brewery. It is well-known as Doppell Bock throughout the world. It is a favourite with specialist beer-lovers who appreciate the distinctive bitterness and intriguing sweetness of the original Moravian malt. It is a mid-fermented beer with a rich golden colour, dense head and intense malt aroma on the nose. Because of it’s high alcohol content (7,5%) even a small amount is gently warming. Especially in cold weather it is popular as an “energy-giving” brew for outdoor activities such barbecues, village fetes, picnics and many other traditional Czech festivities."

I have to humbly disagree. Plus I'm easy to please, and this beer is delightful! What to expect from this maibock is perfect the fine line between bock and doppelbock. Along with a nice bitterness similar to a stout, this beer is a good sipping beer.

The description should read:
"brew for outdoor activities such puking, village feces, disentery"....
OK, its not quite that bad, but definitely not enjoying this. It has an almost cloying sweetness, with skunk hops, alcohol, and a dose of bandaid in the finish. Prost!
