Brewer's Description:
Brewed for Bierproeflokaal In de Wildemans 25th Anniversary. This brand new brew is an unfiltered American IPA hopped with Citra and fermented with Saison yeast.

This is weird, but the taste of this Farmhouse IPA reminds me of the Steenbrugge Tripel I tried recently. Wildeman had a hint of Belgian yeast followed by some dry peppery hop flavors. Unfortunately, I did not get as good of a price on this as the S.Tripel and it had less ABV. Points lost!
