How could I resist trying a real Belgian Tripel brewed in a Medieval castle? The bottle was very wine shaped looking, which also pricked my interest. Named after the legendary "giant" Goliath, this beer is pretty giant with a nice Belgian yeast and malt sweetness and a great head and lacing. While not world class greatness, I enjoyed this beer enough to give it a generous rating.
