I would definitely recommend cellaring this one to let it mellow.. I can taste some very sweet malts that have a brown sugar and chocolate flavor.. This is very vinous and the alcohol burn is overwhelming.. I wince everytime I take a sip, as if I were taking shots of whiskey.. In its current state this beer would be good to marinade some salmon or chicken in, but is very difficult to drink as a beer.
