Brewer's Description:
Over 100 International Bitterness Units and a starting gravity of 1.074. This beer uses over 60 pounds of hops in a brew size of 400 gallons. 36 pounds alone in the dry hop stage. Thats a lot of hops! Hops are: Tomahawk, Centennial, Cascade, Amarillo and Simcoe.

Fairly sweet from the malts with a lot of bittering hops. Pretty high carbonation. It was a little boozy at the beginning which is strange for 7.5%, but I guess I got used to it as I drank.
