Brewer's Description:
Clusters were the dominant hop in the US brewing industry literally for centuries, and the forerunner of many of our modern Northwest varieties. They have a unique aroma with quite a bit of citrus and a heft of herbal goodness. Clusterf#ck features Clusters in the kettle, in the hop back, and especially in the fermenter for dry-hopping. Pilsner and honey malt form the baseline. This year’s version is a bit stronger and hoppier than last year’s... cheers to that!

While single hop beers don't require as much recipe planning or creativity on the brewers part, they are a great showcase of a hop and I enjoy them for that reason. I don't know why, but Cluster hops remind me of English beers. Anyway, I love this hop and thought this was pretty good.
