this style really reminds me of a porter and german dunkels. Low in hops, sweet caramel, medium carbonation. I'd prefer to drink in late Fall/Winter. 6% abv is much appreciated too.

Full on Belgian taste of the yeast, with a slight sweetness of caramel, but not too much. Good, but pales in comparison to their blonde.

Leffe is pretty damn good. Nice dark beer with some fruitiness, and a pretty light mouth feel for a darker beer.

Chocolate and malt taste with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Pretty good beer.
