Brewer's Description:
"The Baron Über-Weisse is a Bavarian Style WeizenStarkBier (a wheat Doppelbock). It has a dark rich ruby color with a full exploding creamy head. The aroma has notes of banana and chocolate. The texture is velvety with very complex flavors of roast, chocolate, banana and sweetness. The finish is tart from the wheat and ends dry and clean. The Baron Über-Weisse uses over 60% wheat in the recipe. All ingredients for the beer are imported from Germany. Brewed in accordance to the German Beer Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot) of 1516."
