Brewer's Description: "Because of the high price of fresh black cherries and the limited availability (only in the beginning of August), just as to brew a less sour and more fruity Lambic beer, Lindemans farm brewery developed an unique natural method using pure cherry pulp from unfrozen cherries. This straight cherry juice is blended with selected Lambic of different ages. Definitely fruitier than any other fruit beer that I have had. Like the brewer's description states, it does taste like sparkling cherry champagne. I liked it, but it really seemed like glorified Ripple or a fancy wine cooler. It definitely did not taste anything like beer.. Again, I must say that it seems that anything can pass as good if it is made in Belgium.
