Brewer's Description:
"We start with our delicious and popular Lave Rock Porter recipe. In this mash we add a portion of imported peated malt which is smoked in a malting house by an expert maltster over a peat fire. This is the same classic malt employed in the production of many distinguished peaty scotches. The result is a full bodied dark, malty ale with a nice hop backbone and finish, and firm but pleasant smokey flavors. An excellent compliment to many foods or to be savoured alone."
