"A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt."

This is the beer that made McMenamanimmmanimans. I like taking people to CPR or Kennedy School when they first come in from out of town and buy them one of these beers. Immediately they have a wonderful view of Portland...even during the winter. The beer isn't outstanding by any means, but the atmosphere and the fries round out a wonderful experience.
