"Shipyard Light Beer is a crisp, dry, pleasing beer that has 3.2% alcohol by volume yet only 97 calories per 12-oz. serving. Using the finest 2-row English Pale Ale malt, malted wheat, and a special combination of Hallertau and Mount Hood hops, Shipyard has created a smooth, easy drinking light beer with fewer carbohydrates than other brands. 7.4 carbs per 12 oz. serving. A portion of the proceeds from the sales of Shipyard Light Beer benefit the American Lighthouse foundation. This nonprofit organization of volunteers is dedicated to the preservation of lighthouses, documents and artifacts throughout the U.S."
