Review of The New Beerbellie Diet and the Search for a Six-Pack
By Alexis
When it comes to health, beer drinkers can be quite lazy. I believe getting on a diet can be pretty discouraging, especially when most diet companies are banning beer from their menus! This is not good when you enjoy it and this fact alone can get any beer drinker pretty lazy about their health.
Well it seems that this problem has been addressed for The New Beerbellie Diet book is targeting this issue and promises fewer pounds while enjoying some cold ales.
The moment I laid my eyes in this book, I’ve had to read it till the end! It is a remarkably easy to read book that is generously filled with tips, facts, cool drawings and good common sense. This book is fun to read, the author really likes beer (it shows) and the overall writing style is addictive.
The author, Timothy J. Kaminski, is doing a terrific job at explaining how a beer drinker’s metabolism reacts to all the different elements comprised in our eating habits. His book is then packed with an exercise plan and a 30 day menu that will enable you to have plenty of good ones without having remorse.
I have been training at my local gym for 2 years, 3 solid times a week without having good results regarding my beerbellie. Now armed with this book, I can finally understand what’s been going wrong and attack these extra pounds to get some results.
This book is a must for serious beer drinkers who want to know about health, act about it and live longer.
I believe this is an amazingly unique book and for this I give it the BeerTutor cap of approval!
