I was wondering if any of you back East people can get your hands on a Carling Black Label? I just noticed that a long time ago, somebody gave it 5 stars which is probably nowhere close to where it should be rated. If you can find one, would you mind picking one up and reviewing it? _________________ I drink to forget my blackouts. |

If you mean the MillerCoors one made in Canada,I think I might be able to get that the next time I go up there sometime this Spring.I've had it before, just haven't rated it, yet.I remember that it was just an average lager-definately not worth 5 stars. _________________ Beer Is Bread |

Yup, that's the one and that would be very cool if you could grab one. Or grab 2 and maybe we can do a beer exchange? _________________ I drink to forget my blackouts. |

I thought about offering to send you one,but I didn't think you'd be interested in tasting such an average beer. That reviewer who gave it 5 stars either:
A) Was drunk
B)Works for Carling
C)Got the beer free
D)Is a diehard fan of a macro-crap beer and doesn't drink anything else
E)Was in a Desert dying of thirst
F) All of the above
-feel free to add a few more reasons why someone would give such a beer a 5 star rating. _________________ Beer Is Bread |

Judging from his other reviews, I think the answer is D.
He gave Michelob Ultra 3 stars and Sierra Nevada Pale Ale 1.5 stars.
I've got to get some programming done and have it so that your reviews don't count until you have over 20 or something like that... That would help with some of these BMC hit and run reviewers. _________________ I drink to forget my blackouts. |

Thats a good idea. Also, another beer site I've looked at doesn't put a rating on a beer until it gets a certain number of reviews, but I don't know if that would work here. _________________ Beer Is Bread |
