SABMiller Sues T-Shirt Company

Satirical t-shirt maker "Laugh It Off" was sued earlier this year by SABMiller for a shirt that used the Carling Black Label trademark and had the words "Black Labour- White Guilt" printed on it.

Laugh It Off lost the initial case, but effectively argued that there was no proof that SABMiller would make less money because of the shirt. The case now heads to the Supreme Court of Appeals.

Um...ok, so we have some loser lawyer suing a craft brew, and we have a megacorp brew suing a small t-shirt company. Kids, just give it a rest. Really, I will pick up the tab if you just go to a bar and shake hands. Drink Beer Bottle

Of course, I agree as well, some people try to take any law to their advantage...those people should be shot.

So many people are just pains in the ass and can't go 10 seconds without complaining that they have been ofended by something. Get a life, people! It's so stupid that they sue each other over dumb stuff like that.
