Hey, I just found out this morning that my company wants to send me back out to Tucson, AZ the 23rd-28th. I was looking to see if there were any breweries out in that hell hole. I was looking in the database, but I didn't see any. Did I look wrong or does Tucson just have nothing to offer at all?

Confused

My mom lives in Tucson so I go there quite a bit. That is why we have a city guide for it..

http://www.beertutor.com/articles/city_guides/tucson.shtml

Also, if you want to search the DB by location, you have to click on the "Advanced Search" link. I have reviewed some of the beers from down there...

I thought that most of the beers there were average to not so good, but check out Nimbus Pale Ale - Best pale ale I have ever had. Drink From Flask

Are you going to have a car? If you can, you should go to breakfast or lunch at Tohono Chul Tea Room.. The scenery (outdoor seating) and food are awesome! This link lists some of the restaurants I have eaten at there with reviews. Smile

Yeah, I will have a company car that week... somthing to beat the shit of out while I am there. Laugh Thanks for the heads up on this place. If I get the chance, I'll have to drop by and try it out. As for the Brewery, I think it's not too far from the airport, so maybe I can drop by there before I head out on Friday. My plan doesn't leave Tucson until like 8:30pm, so after work I should be able to get to see it before I leave... that is unless the dickhead director of my department has other plans for me. I'm definetly going to see if I can give their pale ale a try, though, at some point. Thanks!

Like I would drive it all the way out to Tucson from Boston... And I've taken it and got it stuck in the mud before. You were there, remember the Coventry festival? Had to get a tractor to pull it out of the mud that was halfway up the tires?

No, my job sucks so much I didn't get to do anything except work. The last night I was there we went out to a bar where it was 2 for 1 night... anything you wanted. I got TRASHED. I didn't get back to my hotel room until 4:00am. I passed out most of the flight home the next morning.
