| A friend of mine inadvertently helped me come up with an idea for a harvest brew -- Apple Pie. The only thing I wasn't sure of would be what style to create it as. Any thoughts? |

Perhaps a cream ale would be a good base to work from. _________________ Let the obsession begin. |

Honestly, a name like Apple Pie belongs on a cider.
If you want a beer though, I'd suggest some sort of spice ale. Lots of cinnamon and maybe some light fruit that could substitute for apple (apricot maybe)..
Apple tastes in beer make me think something is wrong with it. _________________ Happiness is like peeing yourself, everyone can see it but only you can feel its warmth! |

| Thanks for the input, guys. A cream ale sounds good, but a cider didn't even cross my mind for some goofy reason. We shall see, we shall see .... |

Yah, Apple beer would a litte weird.....The Ithaca Apricot wheat is frakin awesome, so Apricot may be a good substitue with the cinnamon.... _________________ .
