| I'm brewing a porter right now, and it smells delicious! Can't wait to do it again and add mint to make my winter brew! |

You make me jealous. I was working on my first porter recipe, when I came to the conclusion, I needed to buy a house first, then keep brewing. A nice holiday porter sounds so good right now, even at 7:30am at work.....hopefully, I'll be in my the new place in a few weeks, and I can start brewing again. I won't have time to get it ready for the holidays, but I'll think of something yummy to brew up. Next year, I want to brew 100 gallons or more...... _________________ .

Im hoping to find time to brew a chocolate porter or a stout this weekend and possibly the crowd favority blueberry wheat or fruit accented cream ale. I need to find time to research some recipes and clear some time this weekend first though. _________________ Let the obsession begin. |

The porter will be bottled tomorrow, at the same time that I am brewing my version of Double Dragon, that I am dubbing Cymreig Draig (Welsh Dragon).
I'm also looking into a Midas Touch clone. |

I thought the Midas Touch stuff was a on low side. I tried to not think about it's lack of hops, but the flavor just wasn't there......and it made me piss much faster than I usually would when drinking.... _________________ .
