Axel Heiliger has created a brewing invention that he believes will save the beer industry time, money and floor space. The creation utilizes specially lined ceramic containers that allow the yeast to fuse itself to the surface of the containers and feeds the wort faster. Scheiblich Brewing Company is currently mass-producing Axel's invention.
