I have added a "View posts from previous" dropdown menu on the main forum page that will make it easier to see new posts since last time you visited.

Hey.. I just checked my email and I had 1 new message..coming from the 7 seconds address, and it wasn't in the spam folder anymore...so whatever you did it worked! cheers!
