On NYE,I stopped at a local bar to have a few beers and this Italian wannabe gangster type asked me to play a game of pool.He was friendly at first, but then he started acting like a tough guy. I sensed he was spoiling for a fight when he started pretending to stab me.Having been in similar situations when I was younger,I decided to finish my drinking at home and avoid trouble. While he went for another drink,I quietly slipped out the door in the middle of the pool game. |
