OBF just posted the list of brewers who will be attending the festival this year. (July 28-31 in beautiful downtown Portland!) I don't see the list up on their website yet, but here's a link to it on their Facebook page:

Looks like a lot of the same ol' same ol', but I'd like to get your opinion, Sloshed. Why the hell isn't Hair of the Dog going?

He must be too cool for school. Beer

How many effing breweries do we need in Oregon. There were 5 newer Oregon breweries on that list that I have not heard of. Crazy!

Also, it looks like they increased the number of brewers from 70ish to 85ish. Not sure they have the space to grow this thing..

Well, you were lamenting that you were running out of beers to try...now here are some new ones!

Now that I'm working downtown, I'd love to just walk down there after work and meet you guys on opening night. I have a bunch of tokens to use up!

True.. Yeah, that sounds like a good idea. I don't think we went last year, did we?

I don't think we went to ANY last year...except maybe the Spring Beer & Wine Festival. And as I recall, the line to get it was wrapped all the way around the Convention Center and it took us over an hour to get it. I think from now on, it's opening night only or no go. Too many people, too many lines...blah blah blah I'm old and cranky, dammit!
