Hi, does anyone know of a lower carbohydrate beer that I can drink in Spain? Most people just say "don't drink beer then" but I really like the taste of beer and hope that there is a lower carbohydrate one that is somewhat palatable. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Right now I am in Spain.

Cheers

If you don't mind an alcohol-free beer, Free Damm would be very low on calories. I don't know of too many others..

San Miguel should be easy to find and it is about 150 calories.

Estrella Galicia is about 165, but I don't know how available it is.

You may be able to find Amstel Light which is 95 calories, but only 2.5% ABV.

Whoops.. Just reread your post and you were asking about carbs, not calories. Amstel Light is about 5 carbs. Free Damm has 0.

This is a pretty tough question to find an answer to. Confused

The Database has many listed under Statistics, but it is up to you to see what's available in Spain. Maybe Bud Select 55? I haven't forced myself to review that one, yet, but someday I will take one for the team. lol.
