I'm not sure if I'm a famous author. Maybe time will tell. The important thing is for people to realize that you can enjoy some cold ones and use the benefits of alcohol to fit into a healthy lifestyle. An apple a day may keep the doctor away but a few beers a day is just what the doctor ordered. Now I'm off to a local town festival for lots of beer and food. Today is my Beerbellie Binge Day. No limit on anything. Just loads of fun. I strongly recommend it for everyone..

Thanks for posting Bob.. We are going to get your book listed in the "Gear" section of the site pretty soon too. I will be picking up a copy of it also.

We had our "binge" night last night at our 2nd BeerTutor beer tasting night. Great time, but not so fun today. Cry

I was fighting that all day Saturday. Not really hung over, just felt really dumb the rest of the day. And then I got called into work during the poker tournament when one of our load balancers went out. Hard to troubleshoot in that condition. Smile

But still worth it! Drink Beer Bottle Found my new favorite beer. Drink Beer Bottle
