 Original Gravity: 1.044
 Final Gravity: 1.011
 Alcohol (ABV): 4.28%
 Calories (per 12 oz.): 145
 Total IBU (Bitterness): 17

Ingredients: (Portions for a 5 gallon batch)
Grain 2 lbs.Honey Extract
Grain 4 lbs.Wheat Malt (Belgium) Extract
Hops 1 oz.Hallertauer (Pellets% AA) Boil time 60 min.
Miscellaneous Ingredient 1 ozCorriander Extract
Miscellaneous Ingredient 1 ozOrange Peel Extract
Yeast 1 oz.Wyeast Labs Belgian Witbier (3944) Yeast (Ideal ferm. temp: 62-75°F)

Use orange blossom honey.
Add 1/2 oz. of corriander and 1/2 oz. of orange peel at last 15 minutes of boil. Add another 1/2 oz. of corriander during cooling for aroma. Add 1/2 oz. orange peel at cooling.
Ferment at room temp. Rack after one week. Six weeks in secondary. We were lazy and too busy to bottle. Should be OK since most of the yeast was removed at the rack to secondary. We would recommend bottling after 3 weeks in secondary.

Primary Fermentor: 5 days Secondary: 2 weeks In Bottles: 2 weeks
