Ingredients: (Portions for a 5 gallon batch)
Grain 2 lbs.Pilsner Malt, 2-row (Germany) Extract
Grain 3.3 lbs.DME (Light) Extract
Grain 1 lbs.Corn Sugar Extract
Hops 1 oz.Mt. Hood (Pellets% AA) Boil time 50 min.
Hops 1 oz.Liberty (Pellets% AA) Boil time 10 min.
Miscellaneous Ingredient 1 ozIrish Moss Extract
Miscellaneous Ingredient 2 tspGypsum Extract
Yeast 3 oz.Wyeast Labs Kolsch (2565) Yeast (Ideal ferm. temp: 56-70°F)

Directions:
I dont normally use corn sugar but, I had nothing else on hand to boost the O.G. so I used corn sugar. Got good results too.

--Follow normal brewing procedures.

--3/4 cup corn sugar for priming.

Primary Fermentor: 5 days Secondary: 2 weeks In Bottles: 2 weeks
