Grain 6 lbs.Malt syrup, Light (USA) Extract
Grain 1 lbs.Cara-Pils/CaraFoam/Dextrine (USA) Extract
Grain 1 lbs.DME (Light) Extract
Grain 0.13 lbs.Chocolate Malt (USA) Extract
Grain 0.13 lbs.Black Patent Malt (USA) Extract
Grain 0.25 lbs.Crystal 120L (USA) Extract
Hops 1 oz.Fuggles (Pellets% AA) Boil time 60 min.
Yeast 1 oz.Wyeast Labs American Ale (1056) Yeast (Ideal ferm. temp: 60-72°F)

Directions:
Use some of the DME for a yeast starter. Mini-mash specialty grains in 2 gal for 60m @ 150F. Rinse with 1.5 gal @ 180F. Bring to boil and add LME and whatever DME is left.

Primary Fermentor: 8 days Secondary: 1 days In Bottles: 3 weeks
