Grain 0.5 lbs.  Crystal 20L (USA)  
Grain 0.38 lbs.  Brown Malt (UK)  
Grain 6 lbs.  Malt syrup, Light (USA)  
Grain 1 lbs.  Cara-Pils/CaraFoam/Dextrine (USA)  
Grain 1 lbs.  DME (Light)  
Grain 0.13 lbs.  Chocolate Malt (USA)  
Grain 0.13 lbs.  Black Patent Malt (USA)  
Grain 0.25 lbs.  Crystal 120L (USA)  
Hops 1 oz.  Fuggles   (Pellets% AA) Boil time 60 min.
Yeast 1 oz.  Wyeast Labs American Ale (1056)  Yeast   (Ideal ferm. temp: 60-72°F)
Directions:
Use some of the DME for a yeast starter. Mini-mash specialty grains in 2 gal for 60m @ 150F. Rinse with 1.5 gal @ 180F. Bring to boil and add LME and whatever DME is left.
Primary Fermentor:   8 days  Secondary  1 days  In Bottles:   3 weeks
