(Pellets% AA) Boil time 45 min. |
 | 0.25 oz | Nutmeg |

 | 3 sticks | Cinnamon |
|
 | 1 oz. | White Labs English Ale (WLP002) |
Yeast (Ideal ferm. temp: 65-68°F) |
| Directions: |
Spices should be:
1/4 tsp nutmeg
4 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp cinnamon powder
4 tsp hazelnut extract
Add honey and spices for last 15 minutes of the boil. May want to use even less nutmeg. It tends to stand out. |
