Ingredients: (Portions for a 5 gallon batch)
Grain 3.3 lbs.Malt syrup, Light (USA) Extract
Grain 3.3 lbs.Malt Syrup, Dark (USA) Extract
Grain 1 lbs.Honey Extract
Hops 1 oz.Perle (Pellets% AA) Boil time 45 min.
Miscellaneous Ingredient 0.25 ozNutmeg Extract
Miscellaneous Ingredient 3 sticksCinnamon Extract
Yeast 1 oz.White Labs English Ale (WLP002) Yeast (Ideal ferm. temp: 65-68°F)

Directions:
Spices should be:
1/4 tsp nutmeg
4 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp cinnamon powder
4 tsp hazelnut extract

Add honey and spices for last 15 minutes of the boil. May want to use even less nutmeg. It tends to stand out.

Primary Fermentor: 8 days Secondary: 1 days In Bottles: 4 weeks
