Grain 1 lbs.Brown Sugar, Dark Extract
Grain 2.5 lbs.Munich Malt, Dark (Germany) All grain
Grain 0.5 lbs.Chocolate Malt (USA) All grain
Grain 0.5 lbs.Crystal 80L (USA) All grain
Grain 1 lbs.Crystal 120L (USA) All grain
Hops 0.5 oz.Willamette (Pellets% AA) Boil time 10 min.
Hops 1 oz.Magnum (Pellets% AA) Boil time 60 min.
Miscellaneous Ingredient 2 tsp.Oak Chips Extract

Directions:
Add 2 scrapped , quartered vanilla beans, 1 oz med+ toast oak beans, 1 oz heavy toast oak beans, in 1 1/2 cups of bourbon to secondary for 7-14 days.

Primary Fermentor: 7 days Secondary: 2 weeks In Bottles: 2 weeks
