Grain 0.5 lbs.  Black Barley (USA)   All grain
Grain 1 lbs.  Brown Sugar, Dark  
Grain 2.5 lbs.  Munich Malt, Dark (Germany)   All grain
Grain 0.5 lbs.  Chocolate Malt (USA)   All grain
Grain 0.5 lbs.  Crystal 80L (USA)   All grain
Grain 1 lbs.  Crystal 120L (USA)   All grain
Hops 0.5 oz.  Willamette   (Pellets% AA) Boil time 10 min.
Hops 1 oz.  Magnum   (Pellets% AA) Boil time 60 min.
Miscellaneous Ingredient 2 tsp.  Oak Chips  
Directions:
Add 2 scrapped , quartered vanilla beans, 1 oz med+ toast oak beans, 1 oz heavy toast oak beans, in 1 1/2 cups of bourbon to secondary for 7-14 days.
