Grain 4 lbs.Pale Malt, Maris Otter (UK) All grain
Hops 2 oz.Perle (Pellets% AA) Boil time 45 min.
Miscellaneous Ingredient 1 sticksCinnamon Extract
Yeast 1 oz.White Labs English Ale (WLP002) Yeast (Ideal ferm. temp: 65-68°F)

Directions:
Add the following at flameout:
1/8 tsp clove
2 tbsp vanilla extract
16oz honey
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
2 tbsp hazelnut extract

Primary Fermentor: 5 days Secondary: 2 weeks In Bottles: 2 weeks
