Ingredients: (Portions for a 5 gallon batch)
Grain 1.1 lbs.Crystal 10L (USA) Extract
Grain 6.6 lbs.DME (Light) Extract
Grain 0.5 lbs.Corn Sugar Extract
Grain 2.2 lbs.Pale Malt, Maris Otter (UK) Extract
Hops 5 oz.Cascade (Pellets% AA) Boil time 60 min.
Yeast 0.39 oz.DCL SafAle English Ale (S-04) Yeast (Ideal ferm. temp: 64-70°F)

Directions:
I soak Maris Otter & Crystal malts in Fridge fo 24 hours
Strain add to 3.5 gallon boiling water with DME
Boil 60 Minutes
Lemondrop hops, not Cascade
1oz @ 60 min
1oz @ 45 min
1 oz @ 30 Min
Dry hop with 2 oz
At 45 minutes add protafloc tablet

Primary Fermentor: 10 days Secondary: 1 days In Bottles: 4 weeks
