Ingredients: (Portions for a 5 gallon batch)
Grain 1 lbs.  Victory Malt (USA)  
Grain 10 lbs.  Pale Malt - 2 row (USA)  
Grain 1 lbs.  Crystal 20L (USA)  
Hops 1 oz.  Cascade   (Pellets% AA) Boil time 45 min.
Yeast 1 oz.  Wyeast Labs Belgian Witbier (3944)  Yeast   (Ideal ferm. temp: 62-75°F)
Directions:
I infusion mashed the 11 lbs. total grain with 3 gallons of
treated water at 155°F for 90 minutes. Checked for conversion at 60 minutes, it wasn't complete waited 15 minutes more for full conversion.
fermentation temp 70°F.
Primed with 1 cup corn sugar disolved in 1 cup filtered water
Primary Fermentor:   5 days  Secondary  2 weeks  In Bottles:   2 weeks
