Grain 1.5 lbs.  Chocolate Malt (USA)  
Hops 0.25 oz.  Admiral   (Pellets% AA) Boil time 30 min.
Hops 1.35 oz.  Willamette   (Pellets% AA) Boil time 60 min.
Miscellaneous Ingredient 2.5 oz  Smoked Peat  
Yeast 6 oz.  White Labs English Ale (WLP002)  Yeast   (Ideal ferm. temp: 65-68°F)
Directions:
Single temp infusion at 154ºF for 75 minutes.
Sparge with 3 gallons at 150ºF.
