 | 3.3 lbs. | DME (Dark) |
|
 | 0.5 lbs. | Chocolate Malt (USA) |
|
 | 1 oz. | Tettnanger |
(Pellets% AA) Boil time 15 min. |
 | 1.5 oz. | Northern Brewer |
(Pellets% AA) Boil time 60 min. |
 | 2 sticks | Licorice |

 | 6 oz. | White Labs English Ale (WLP002) |
Yeast (Ideal ferm. temp: 65-68°F) |
| Directions: |
Put grains in bag and begin heating water.
@ 120° rest for 15 min. then raise to
155° and rest for 30 min. Remove grains, mix extracts and
bring to boil.
Place 2 in. Licorice stick in plastic bag and crush with hammar. Put in wort during last 30 min. Stir often to help disolve |
