Grain 1 lbs.Pale Malt - 2 row (USA) All grain
Grain 4 lbs.Malt syrup, Light (USA) Extract
Grain 0.5 lbs.Cara-Pils/CaraFoam/Dextrine (USA) All grain
Grain 2 lbs.Corn Sugar Extract
Hops 0.5 oz.Cluster (Pellets% AA) Boil time 60 min.
Hops 0.5 oz.Hallertauer Hersbrucker (Pellets% AA) Boil time 5 min.
Hops 0.5 oz.Hallertauer (Pellets% AA) Boil time 20 min.
Yeast 3 oz.White Labs Pilsner Lager (WLP830) Yeast (Ideal ferm. temp: 50-55°F)

Directions:
Pretty typical brew.
If you want a little less bite, use either a German Ale, or German lager yeast.

Makes a decent Corona like light Mexican beer.
Drink with a lime, of course!
